Due to our treasurer taking a consulting job with the province of Ontario she has had to step down.

The treasurer position is the most important position within our Branch tracking and reporting our finances is a key position. In fact, our governing by-laws will not allow the branch to operate without this person.

We are seeking a person to take this position supporting our executive and branch. The position does come with a small honorarium ($1000) for the year. The position is presently being set up so that the work can be conducted 85% virtually from home with minimumal time required in the branch.

Treasures required to confirm and make a weekly bank deposit, pay invoices monthly, work with bar stewards to ensure cash count, pay employees through Ceridian payroll company. Work with the president with branch operation on funding. Attend monthly meetings presenting a report to membership.
